Four Color Process Printing:
High impact process color printing is our specialty, producing labels with line screens ranging of 145 lpi to 230 lpi that are crisp and clean without any hard dot gains or harsh moiré patterns that can distract the eye's attention. The quality achieved from our process color matches offset lithography in clarity while allowing label designs to be creative with color and special effects in attracting more shelf appeal.
No-Label Look:
The no-label look is gaining popularity in the beverage, personal health care and food product markets. The label allows the product to showcase itself through its clear film attributes using solid white ink combined with process color printing for colorful designs, making the label background itself transparent to the eye. The no-label look is commonly found on liquid hand soaps, water bottles, wine and spirits bottles.
Metallic Effects:
Metallic printing can offer that extra little (or large!) sparkle to a label's appearance. We achieve the metallic look by printing process color plus white ink on foil substrates, White ink blocks out the metallic surface where the metallic look isn't desired. Printing a combination of process color onto the silver foil surface creates a bright and reflective metallic ink appearance. This is a great cost effective alternative to cold and hot-stamping processes.
Six Color Process Printing:
Taking advantage of our advanced printing technology using six color process printing it enables us to expand the color gamut, allowing for more accurate reproductions of special spot and Pantone colors. Six color process printing uses two additional inks - Orange and Violet - with the standard CMYK process color inks.
Basic Labels:
With Maritime Labels & Packaging's printing process even simple black & white or multi-colored labels for barcodes, nutrition facts and product marking are produced with crisp clean print reproduction making the label's text legible at smaller text sizes and pleasing to the eye, while producing barcodes that scan within the ANSI passable grade at point of sale levels.

Maritime Labels & Packaging's header cards are produced with standard Euroslot punched hangerholes, perforation for easy fold-over, and our shelf-adhesive header cards eliminates the need for coordinationg staples. You can tailor yourheader card designs and shapes to suit your product packaging requirements.
